This policy applies to the Table of Content Wix app, including the Wix dashboard settings used by site owners and the embedded script that runs on supported pages of a Wix site where the app is installed.

2. Information the app handles

The app may handle the following categories of information:

• Page structure and headings. On supported pages, the embedded script reads the page path and heading elements already present in the page so it can generate a table of contents for that page.
• App configuration. Site-owner settings such as enable or disable state, matching rules, placement preferences, heading levels, and style tokens are used to determine how the table of contents behaves.
• Local browser storage for compatibility. In some flows, configuration or temporary compatibility data may be stored locally in the browser for preview, caching, or backward-compatibility behavior.
• Support communications. If someone emails support, the developer receives the content of that message and any information the sender chooses to include.

3. What the app does not do

• The app does not require site visitors to create a DAHMANI LIMITED account.
• The app does not upload page content or heading text to DAHMANI LIMITED servers as part of normal TOC generation.
• The app is not designed to collect payment information from site visitors.

4. How information is used

• To detect eligible Wix pages and generate an on-page table of contents.
• To apply site-owner settings such as path rules, placement, and styling.
• To preserve compatibility between the live embedded script and Wix dashboard configuration.
• To respond to support or compliance questions.

5. Third-party services and platforms

The app is built for the Wix platform and relies on Wix services to deliver the dashboard, app installation, and embedded-script configuration. Wix may process data under its own privacy terms when a site owner uses the platform.

The public legal pages at this URL may be hosted using Cloudflare Pages. That hosting does not change the app’s normal client-side behavior on the installed Wix site.

6. Storage and retention

• Live TOC generation runs in the browser on the installed site.
• Configuration may remain stored in Wix app settings until a site owner changes or removes it.
• Local browser compatibility data may remain until the browser cache or storage is cleared.
• Support emails may be retained for troubleshooting, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes.

7. User choices

• Site owners can disable the app or change its rules from the Wix dashboard.
• Site owners can uninstall the app from a Wix site.
• Site owners can update or remove on-page placeholders and headings in their own content.

8. Children

The app is a site-navigation utility and is not specifically directed to children as a standalone consumer service.

9. Security
