Table of Content is a Wix app that generates a clickable table of contents from headings on supported Wix pages according to the configuration chosen by the site owner.

2. Eligibility and account context

The app is intended for Wix site owners or authorized collaborators who install and manage the app through a valid Wix workspace and site.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the app only on sites you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Do not use the app in a way that violates Wix terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the live app delivery or Wix installation flow.

4. Site-owner responsibility

  • Site owners are responsible for the content, headings, and URLs on their own Wix sites.
  • Site owners are responsible for reviewing how the table of contents appears on their published pages.
  • Site owners are responsible for their own legal notices, privacy compliance, and site content obligations.

5. Availability and changes

The app may be updated, improved, or modified over time. Features may change as the app evolves or as Wix platform behavior changes.

6. Intellectual property

The Table of Content app, including its code, branding, and legal pages, is owned or controlled by DAHMANI LIMITED. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its materials.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAHMANI LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the app.

9. Termination

A site owner may stop using the app at any time by disabling or uninstalling it from the Wix site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
